How do I place an order?

To begin shopping with Emergence Restock, register for an account, select your chosen item and add it to your basket. Proceed to checkout and choose your preferred payment method.
Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the status of your order.

Payment & Shipping

We accept the following payment methods:

• American Express

• PayPal

All payments are securely processed.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels. In some cases, we may need to verify your details with your card issuer prior to dispatch.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours, with delivery taking 3–5 working days. During sale periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Deliveries are made Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail in Emergence Restock packaging.
UK and international delivery are available.

Student Discount

We offer 20% off full-price items to students with valid ID.

To apply, please email admin@emergencerestock.co.uk from your university or college email address with proof of student status or NUS card.
Please allow up to 2 business days for approval.

Student discount does not apply to sale items or promotional products.

Secure Ordering

To place an order, you must be 18 years or older and hold a valid debit or credit card accepted by us.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
When your order is accepted, we will confirm this via email.

All transactions are securely processed in accordance with UK data protection and consumer regulations.

Stock Availability

If an item is marked out of stock, it is currently unavailable.
Due to the nature of recycled and upcycled garments, many pieces are one-off or limited edition and may not be restocked.

Stock levels are always shown on individual product listings.

Returns & Refunds

In line with UK consumer law, you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are in a saleable condition and accompanied by a completed returns form.

Alterations

Alterations and fittings are available by appointment only.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight and destination.
All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail.
