Emergence Restock use trusted UK courier partners; parcel delivery depends on the size and weight of the item and packaging charges may vary. Please check individual product pages or contact us directly if you need to discuss postage & packaging.

Delivery – we endeavour to dispatch items within 24–48 hours where possible (delivery times are approximate), within the UK unless agreed otherwise.

At busier periods this may take longer; please note that all orders placed on EmergenceRestock.co.uk may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will receive a dispatch confirmation for each parcel.

• Alterations or styling consultations: deliveries can be arranged via courier collection. Delivery charges are separate and not included in the price list. Please see external providers for further details.

• Import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered for delivery outside the UK. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control.
