Updated Clause (Force Majeure & Notices)
Force Majeure
Restock is not responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such delay or failure results from events outside our reasonable control (“force majeure”). These events may include, but are not limited to:

Where a force majeure event occurs, Restock will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption, but we cannot be held liable for delays or impacts on your purchase that result from such events.

By accepting an order from Restock, you agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions. An order is accepted and confirmed when payment in full or a deposit is made, or when confirmation is provided via email or phone.You also agree to these Terms and Conditions when placing an order with Restock either through our website or in person. We collect information when you register online or update your account, log in, place an order, opt in to receive our emails, shop online, participate in a contest, promotion or survey, or engage with our social networking pages. When you provide an email address and place an order on our website, you may receive a newsletter from us, which you can opt out of at any time. When you place an order on our website, we use this information to process and track your order and to contact you via email or phone if we have any questions or concerns regarding your order. If you provide an email address during checkout, you will also receive order confirmation and shipping status updates from us.
At various points on our website, you have the option to join our email list and receive information about our products, services, and offers. If you provide us with your email address when you register online or update your account, place an order, make a customer service enquiry, opt in to receive our emails, shop online, or participate in a contest, promotion or survey, you may automatically be added to our email list and receive marketing or promotional information from us.

You also warrant that the use, exploitation and/or display of any submission(s) by us on the Website does not infringe the statutory or common law rights of any third party.
This part sets out some terms which apply to your purchase of goods from us through the website.
You make an offer to purchase a product from us (your "order") by completing the staged process on the website as set out below:

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase good(s) from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. On receipt of your order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.
This order invoice email will contain your order number, details of the good(s) ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.
We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.
An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an order despatch email which includes details of the product.
We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order despatch email.
A product which is not available will not be included in the order despatch email.
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph Restock items accurately and describe Restock products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise. Please contact us with any questions about the colour or size of any item before purchasing.
Our prices for UK and International orders are quoted in British pounds inclusive of VAT.
Student Discount
Restock offers a 20% discount to students who can present a valid photo ID. The Restock student discount code is subject to approval and verification. Please email emergence.restock@gmail.com and provide an image of your current student ID via your university- or college-issued email address, or NUS card. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response. This will enable us to provide you with your exclusive discount code.
The student discount is applied to full-priced merchandise only and does not include special promotions or other branded goods for the discount to be valid.
Voucher Terms
Redeemable online and in-store. Valid on full-price items. Please note, your gift card is equivalent to cash and, like cash, if lost, stolen, or damaged, it cannot be replaced.

Your gift card is non-returnable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

All refunds of goods or services purchased with your gift card will be made in accordance with Restock’s refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Third Party Sites
Restock may use and promote services provided by outside third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Restock, we do not control these services and make no representations regarding these persons or entities. We are not liable or responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability or availability of any such parties.
Order forms, Work Specification and Defects
For each garment order a detailed description will be prepared by the consultant, recording the customer’s measurements and garment alteration instructions (“The Instructions”) agreed with you and added to the order form. We will go through the order form with the client at any fitting sessions. If further alteration(s) are required, this additional work will be charged accordingly.
On collection the customer is obliged to try on the garment and immediately inspect it thoroughly for any defects. We cannot accept responsibility for any further or remedial alterations connected to the original work more than 14 days after collection and final settlement
Alterations Cancellation Period
Deposits and Payment
We operate a deposit system, with all prices and estimates quoted and recorded. Full payment is required at or prior to collection or dispatch. In most cases, full payment or a 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any alteration, unless otherwise stated.
Once your measurements have been taken and a fabric, design, and any personalisation have been agreed upon, you have 36 hours to cancel your order via email or in writing. If no cancellation is received within this period, the order is taken as confirmed and will be processed and handed to our in-house manufacturers. Receipts will clearly state the deposit taken.
Alterations Returns
Due to the nature of our business being sustainable we can not accept a cancellation after this point and under no circumstance will a refund be issued for a deposit of a bespoke item that has been made to measure.
Stylist Solutions
When booking your consultation we will email you all the details of your booking as well as an invoice for the full amount of the consultation. Once this is paid, the booking is confirmed.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge the full cost of the appointment. By booking a consultation with Restock you agree to this cancellation policy and accept that late cancellations or failure to attend will not be refunded.
Client's obligation
a. For us to meet your styling needs we appreciate you being open and honest with us.
b. All our consultations are initiated with a Personal Profile questionnaire. Our request is that you complete your personal profile honestly so we are able to meet your styling expectations.
Service
a. We pride ourselves in delivering a professional, tailor-made service to meet your styling needs. We treat all clients with respect and expect the same in return.

Our fees
a. Our fee is not fixed and is dependent on the service required and the duration of your consultation. Once agreed, you will be invoiced accordingly. Please see our fees page.
Payment
a. We require full payment of your invoice 5 working days before your consultation. When your payment has been received, your consultation will be confirmed.
Refunds
b. We do not accept cheque payments. Our preferred method of payment is via bank transfer; bank details are on your invoice.
c. We are unable to guarantee your consultation if your payment is not received within the specified period.
Cancellation
a. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the agreed date of your consultation.
Refunds
a. Refunds are applicable only if requested within the specified cancellation notice period of 48 hours.
b. Cancellations made after this period will not be refunded.
Expenses
a. Travel expenses may be necessary for the execution of your consultation and are dependent on your location. This includes rail, taxi, bus, airfares and car mileage in a company or personal vehicle. Car mileage will be charged at £0.50 per mile. Expenses are in addition to our fees and the cost of your garments.
Returning Goods by Post
It’s easy to return your item(s) by post. Simply complete the enclosed returns form with your name, address, and order number. Ensure your goods are securely wrapped and the completed returns form is enclosed. Take the goods, along with the dispatch note, to the Post Office. Make sure you obtain a ‘proof of postage’ certificate, which you should retain until you have received your refund.
It usually takes up to 14 working days from the postage date for Restock to receive the items and process refunds. During busy periods, this may take longer. If, after 30 working days, you have not received an email from us confirming your refund, please contact us using the details below, and we will be happy to assist you.

Offline Conduct
Although Restock cannot monitor the conduct of users of our Services, it is a violation of these Terms to use any information obtained from our Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or to contact, advertise, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent.
Curated Brands
In regards to our Curated Brands, we reserve the right not to submit your order to the Curated Brand. Curated Brands also reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, the product ordered is out of stock, has been withdrawn, is otherwise unavailable, or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and your delivery address. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Products will be delivered directly by the Curated Brands, so your order may arrive in multiple deliveries.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, the delivery partner will leave a note and you will need to contact them to rearrange delivery.
Events Outside of Our Control
Restock and the Curated Brands will not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations to you if such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.
As explained above, the contract for the purchase of products is between you and the relevant Curated Brand. We are authorised by the Curated Brand to conclude the contract on its behalf, but we are not a party to that contract, and you are not purchasing the products from us.
Being a sustainable company, we select all Curated Brands on the premise that they operate ethically and maintain reasonable business policies which comply with our business standards. We cannot, however, be responsible for the business policies of the Curated Brands. If you are unhappy with the product or service received from a Curated Brand, you should contact us, and we will liaise with the Curated Brand on your behalf to try to resolve the issue.
Further information about the Curated Brands and the products each brand offers is available in the Shop Unique > Curated Brands section. All information is provided by the Curated Brands, and errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error for any products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and, acting on behalf of the Curated Brand, give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be treated as cancelled. If you cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Depending on your delivery address, different taxation rules and additional charges may apply. If shipping items from a Curated Brand outside your country, import duties may apply. We will notify you during checkout if import duties are included; otherwise, you may need to pay them upon receipt. Restock and the Curated Brands have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. You are responsible for any import duties and taxes not included. We carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card on behalf of the relevant Curated Brand. Products will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check is complete.
Entire Agreement
When you enter into a sale with us or a Curated Brand via this site, you enter into these Terms and Conditions, which form the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any earlier agreements.
Ethical Sourcing Policy
As a reputable business committed to offering high-quality products, we recognise our obligation to ensure that all Curated Brands and other suppliers operate ethically. We expect all brands and suppliers to provide an environment that protects employees’ health and safety, respects basic human rights, and complies with national employment laws and regulations.
We will not knowingly allow a Curated Brand to offer products on Restock if such products are sourced from countries that breach these principles. We also expect Curated Brands and suppliers to instill these principles with their own supply chains. Due to the complexity of supply chains, it is not always possible to monitor every individual involved in production. However, as we grow, we remain proactive in supporting the rights of all involved in the manufacture of products.
Correction of Site Errors
Restock reserves the right to update any information on the website at any time without prior notice. The website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies, including product information, pricing, and availability. In such instances, we reserve the right to terminate any orders affected by these errors. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
