Emergence Commons is delighted to invite you to our launch party this Wednesday 6-9pm, to celebrate the opening of our new space.

There'll be music, drinks, nibbles, competitions, networking opportunities and of course,

great vibes. A brilliant chance to celebrate the spirit of Stroud and welcome this incredible

new community space!

Downstairs recently opened as a circular fashion shop, selling a range of pre-loved,

handmade, re-vamped and vintage pieces. Now we're ready to share our upstairs workshop space with you too, a space for the community to create, share, learn and evolve together.

There's already so many exciting plans brewing, including leather repair, embroidery, quilting and even bitch and stitch. We'll also have classes run by some incredible local businesses like The Fold and In Stitches.

We'll also be running workshops on how to re-use and re-vamp charity shop finds, so young people can learn how to turn pre-loved clothes into something they'll actually love wearing!

We'l keep welcoming workshops across different mediums that align with our ethos: make

do and mend, and creative expression in our community. If you have something you’d like to

bring to this space, we would love to hear from you.
